List of all industries
Is there a list of ALL industries that can exist?
Im trying to setup a waste collection service and the Recycling center produces waste rests. I'm not sure if a Landfill exists (in my map it doesn't) or if I should just ignore waste rests.
If there was a list of all possible industries it would be helpful.
If I don't ship waste rests somewhere, wouldn't have make the recycling center stop processing?

Waste rests is a rest product after incinerating waste. In the first era this is not used, and only from 1900 (or 1920, I do no remember) the incinerator becomes available.

I'm in 2065 and in the list of industries I can place myself, there are no incinerators.

Hello Douglas, I did not expect you to be that far in the future. Incinerating plants fade out in 2001 (too much pollution, governments refuse to build more). All waste need to be send to recycling centers, and the waste rest send to the existing landfills or incinerating plants that are still operating from the past.

But if you start a game beyond 2001, then there is a problem. I did not think about that (I always start in 1850). I have to think about a solution to get rid of waste rests... in 2065... any idea? Shoot it to the sun?

EDIT: I will introduce a "Bioremediation Center", available from 2020, to reduce waste rests into energy (fuel) in a ecologically friendly way. It will be available with the next update of Senseless Industries.

Thank you. Actually I started around 1980. But I never got a landfill. Its too many industries and most of the time I don't have all the products to make a chain. But with industries appearing on beta, that is solved.

If I start a new map in version 2.3, will I eventually get new industries in version 2.4? Or do I need to restart a new map? Thanks in advance.

You can continue with the current map. The new industrie of 2.4 is available and ready to be used. ;)
