Could someone give me a full walkthrough on how to launch the rocket?

This is a bit late.


Get to the rocket control room then noclip down then explore a little, there should be an orange wall in one of the direction, go inside then find a button that is labelled Bunker Missile. Then Press the enable text. The button at the control room should be open now then press it then it will launch after the countdown.

FYI: Wait for a while then press the button again to close the combine portal.
