I have a kingdom with one town and village.
If I talk to the constable about changing the stable's location you get stuck in dialogue and have to hard close game which makes it go unresponsive. (Probably since I don't have anywhere else to move the stable).

UPDATE: None of the other features work either. I have stables built and upgraded. If I ask to train my horse it gets stuck in dialogue like original issue, and if I ask to view the stables it just backs out of the dialogue.
