I've clear all the mods and just select MoreMissionsMod and click apply.
I'm having the same error since the update.

Because when I first picked up the missions, I only got 5 missions, and after saving and loading, another 3 missions.
With the previous problems, you got at least 9 at once, and saving and loading only gave you +1, so you didn't have to save and load. ( Now you unfortunately have to save and load. )

Another test character created only 5 missions, and after saving and loading received another 3 missions.
Only saved and loaded once, no test to see if there would be further missions the third time I went to the character.
