Portrait Request
request any portraits, though the leader has to be available in basegame HOI4 or with DLCs.

if there is more than five requests, there would be a vote on which one should be made for a portrait even if its not within the current planned content.

petain and edward will be added in the allies content update, im currently doing axis content

as of now the request options are for non-allied countries

theres no leaders for EU, it uses the old portrait, dabbling in that means i need to go to the commons file and therefore the mod wouldnt be ironman compatible anymore
