what about s short leg-plates version for samurai cloth-pants, to go with the medium samurai armor and make it look like a scrap haramaki?

Sounds cool but im not sure i quite understand, what is a Haramaki?

a haramaki is a Japanese breastplate with a pelvic/waist-guard (the modded samurai chestplate). i want to look up how to do some stuff in blender, see if i cant shorten the plates on the samurai leg-plates and raise them up to that they sit higher up on the hips. looking at foot-soldier armor for Japanese samurai you'll see what i mean

the idea behind the mod is that people are scavenging samurai armor and what not from bast, why not add some of the Holy nations armor into the mix, you could mix and match them or just have similar variants like a ragged Holy Chest Plates and such.

I didn't like the Samurai Shoes (not that it's bad or anything - I get that this mod is a deconstruction).

An idea that popped in my head: what if the masks had a variation of being combined with a head cover? Instead of a helmet, it could have a cloth... there's a name for it, I've just forgotten. They do it with chainmail. Basically a cloth hoodie but it only covers the head/neck and the opening for the face is blocked by the mask being ontop. If you need a reference of something similar, look up Gambit from X-Men.

Something akin to the Swordsman's rags by spong, but having both arms armoured wtih the chest exposed, sort of pseudo gladiator style would be really cool. Perhaps using the assassin's rags or even ninja rags as an under base so we don't have that tornado of cloth around our necks.

How about a vanilla Samurai Helmet with the antenna removed?

Also, due to some odd reason, the female model position for where the head is, it would be a good idea to make a second (mesh file?)... Basically the female helmet is hovering over her head instead of sitting where it should be on the male model. Just take a look.

Again, if you can, add a strap over the shoulders of the Samurai Breastplate. I would also prefer the elbow armor removed. Just my preference.

Also with the Samurai Breastplate - if you don't add a strap - leave on the shoulder pads and remove the arms completely.

Not sure if mentioned but I would love colored alts of each set so the plate part of the armor can be different colors. Also a "light" and "heavy" version of the armors would be cool. Light can but just he chest plate any nothing else, and heavy can have samurai gloves instead of the leather ones.

I could use the chainmail hood that the Elite Samurai use and slap on a mask. :D

Aww man i love Swordsmans Rags! Its THE mod that inspired me to make this one. Although im a bit sceptic that it will look too much like swordsmans rag, i dont want to copy anyones work without permission (At the moment, Spong has not responded to me yet. about including swordsmans rags.)

I like that idea though. I can add it to my to do list. :D
