[BUG] horse rmb kick does damage but no torpor
i read through some of the recent comments and notice people have issues with the back leg kick (RMB). while the attack does work on my server it does no torpor. i noticed this after finally getting VoC loading correctly AND fixing an egregious overspawn on the steppe AND switching from a `/Game/Mods/Cavallus` Horse to `/Game/Mods/VarOfCab` Horse

@Doudel any plans to fix this?
