every couple rounds the merchant gives you keys which open the survivor crates

1. get the key
2. when the shop is open you can grab the survivor crates by pressing E
3. bring those survivor crates to the top of the bar place building by going up the staircase and going through 2nd floor window.
4. put one of the survivor crates name on their exact location name, after that press E again and then boom. crate opens

If you have trouble navigating the crates through the building, you can also get them to the roof by standing on top of the red car in front of the bar and leaping towards the roof with the crate. You obviously won't be able to jump that high, but with some luck you can get the crate up there that way.

Tanks may sometimes knocks it out of the way. I think it's easier to climb up this small wall on the right of the score board using the rubbish bags piled up behind it

If anyone comes across this, if Rochelle's crate went down the drain, don't worry - her crate will appear back up the surface at the center of the area.
