How did you guys interact with the crates?

The crates seems to not work for me and my friends and we've played the game twice but the crates don't seem to move or do anything. When we get the keys for them the blue outline disappears. We can't even finish the game cause we practically tried to nudge the crates to no progress.

sv_consistency 0 is also on so whats possiby causing the issue cause that one is at least needed?

If ever, culd it be possible when the key is given the crates update and move to the roof since interacting them seems to be an issue.
