I was thinking that this could be an extremely slow firing speed SMG. Almost as if it is a completely new secondary for sniper. Not to mention the name "Road block" sound like something that would have something like that. So here are my stats for the weapons:

Pro's:
+30% damage.

Con's:
Only fires a bullet per second.

Then i thought that it should have some sort of "unique" effect. Something that might make it fire faster. Maybe:

For each hit, the gun shoots faster to a maximum of the normal SMG's speed.

I would say it takes about 7 complete hits to actually shoot as fast as the normal SMG, but imagine how powerful this weapon could be! At first, this weapon would be seen as "weak", then as you hit people, it gains firing speed. Then you combine the damage perk with the maximum firing speed, you got an UPGRADED SMG. But it takes time to earn this amazing upgrade, giving the sniper a proper offensive secondary!

Please do reply creator as i think these stats go amazing with the name of the Gun! Not only that it adds a whole new concept!
