Is there any intention to publicly release the Urban Arsenal Collection as a mod for Team Fortress 2 in the future?

Although these are two weapons I'm very keen to see Valve implement into Team Fortress 2 in future updates, it would be a blast to have them replace current models in the game, aswell as, if you grant permission of course, to hex them to be utilised in Source Film-maker & GarrysMod.
