simple trick i discovered while trying to break the map is that even though they disabled spawning vehicles in the spawn menu, you can use the commands ch_createjeep, ch_createairboat and ch_createjalopy (only if you have episode 2 mounted) you can't collect eggs in them but you can get around faster

idk why it stops you from running. it makes the stone/boulder chase scene harder. also the parkour is hard to do w/o running. still a pretty cool map though
