Just a small note or hint. The Stargazers trait could use a more detailed description of what it does.

Perhaps we could get one or two new Name lists that have more Human-Ey Themes?

minor bug: in empires with elective government types (i.e: democracy, oligarchy, dictatorship, megacorp), the Ruler version of the Stargazers trait is only given to the starting ruler, ind is absent from any of their potential successors. starting rulers similarly lack the Scientist version of the trait if they become a Scientist after being replaced as Ruler, but that version of the trait is otherwise correctly applied as far as i've seen. the Ruler version is also correctly applied to imperial Heirs.
