Doble skillpoint per level... can i disable it?
Well i was playing this mod for a day... i mostly like all what it brings... but... whats this ♥♥♥♥ of double skillpoint? heroes become full skilled at level 15... Can i desable it? i will erase the mod if not...

Use 1 point per level submod if you wish to have basic numbers.
