Anyone else having clone vat issues? The only one that is working is on my home world. I've got clone vats on my 8 or 9 other planets, but they produce no crew, or whatever you call it. Is there a threshold at which they start producing? Also, my society settings that should increase crew production, don't. So, I'm stuck and can't expand.
