Allowance to take part of the mod code
Hey, I'm currently working on the Dandelion Project (find out what that is on the stellaris reddit if you want to :D ) and we would like to base our code for a galactic Republic on your galactic republic - mainly the nomination system for the chancellor and the system on joining the republic.
