Do the Kaminoan exist?
Just curious if its just by me having a limited amount of AIs or the Kaminoans not existing yet (be it not implemented or not existing in source material yet) that their Homeplanet is empty?

They are not implemented BUT, as empire creation is possible in lotor you can technically create your own kaminoans (portraits are already in the mod!) and you can decide on your starting position
