1) Copy all loc tables but:
unit_description_short,
unit_description historical,
unit_abilities_additional_ui_effects,
unit_abilities,
ui_unit_bullet_point_enums,
special_ability_phases,
and auto_overrides__ui_text_replacements

2) Add a prefix to the tables. I've used '!RU_'.

3) Translate loc tables. I recommend copying original translations whenever it's possible.

Note: Some auto generated tables are quite big and I haven't came up with a good solution to translate them. Let me know if you'll fin an elegant solution.
