I think poison is fine, but I absolutely see where you're coming from. Theoretically, if Nurgle Chaos Warriors make it in, I think it's pretty important for them to get Poison, seeing as Nurgle is reliant on stacking odds in their favor in way of survivability - But I think the Poison serves as a good way to cripple enemy speeds for Slaanesh, letting them better run them down.
That said, I would not like to see it on both. So I agree with you, that maybe there should be an alternative.

there is a nurgle mod that adds nurgle warriors now and they do have poisen if i remember correctly, so i think something else than poison would fit in more
