Yeah the mod was active when I was doing that run. And I ran it multiple times that day too, even after the supposed fix. I also found out that it does not crash when it isn't active. It is weird that the mod on my end didn't update. Would I need to remove the mod from the mods folder and reinstall the mod from scratch to fix the issue with the up to date version?
Did that and it did deactivate when I decided to test the abandoned mineshaft room. Works as intended. Thanks!

From what it looks like, your game crashed shortly after initializing a Sloth miniboss and trying to play the music that would normally play during that battle. You may have a music mod installed that could cause this.
a sloth boss? i think i have a couple of music mods and i manually tuned on anticrash
also the crash only happens in multiplayer for some reason
Also, do you mean that you’re playing coop when you say multiplayer?
Edit: I've just released an update that adds a debug mode in Mod Config menu. If you could enable it and reproduce the issue, then submit a new crash report, that would help a lot with troubleshooting.
