Good room until last section, where I cannot get the last 3x3 colour wall to trigger no matter what I do, even following the solution you posted!

I'm sorry to hear it didn't work for you. I imagine you checked the reverse side of the blue wall to ensure the green and white lights were lit according to blue solution diagram hidden under the moving laser.
I'll take a look and see if I can replicate the problem.

We got stuck at the puzzle box. One of the tiles could not be grabbed (Bottom Centre)

I just had this as well. Second tile from the left, third row.

When I downloaded and started the room it started in what you say is the 'third area' in your hint guide. I didn't experience any of the other sections of the room.

hi, im playing with my friend on normal host mode and my friend is spawning on the other side we tried to swap the host and now im the one who spawned on the other side of the map (the same he was in previously)

I don't know about anyone else but at the starting area when you activate the first generator the key box doesn't go up and no wrenches spawned for me, and I couldn't move past the first area

Can I ask which tile was broken?
This an issue many have reported but I have been unable to replicate myself.

Regarding the case with a lever that is opened with 4 keys at the middle section: You can actually pull the lever within the case when you position yourself right without having to put in any key.

Edit: Sorry didn't realise this was months old already
