Just for grammatical purposes in EN, I'd change to the following:

Tooltip_EmergencyWater = ""Water bagged in specially designed polymer-foil pouches,<br>Designed for use in situations where normal supplies of water are unavailable."",

Good mod though, really like it along with a MRE mod for the prepper fantasy feel. Thanks for making it!
