guys I found a way to make the settings panel appear in MP, just add the mod on the main menu screen, then go to host settings it should work

For anyone else wondering, just make yourself admin on your server, then click the admin panel, sandbox settings, then change stuff for the mod and click apply. Then remove admin for yourself or you'll be invis for others.

was a coop server not a DS, Luhuffis Answer is better.

Don't mean to necropost, but was just figuring this one out myself.
Make sure you have the mod turned on in Singleplayer as well, Hosted Multiplayer Server Configs won't show the config for mods you don't have enabled for singleplayer.

can confirm that it works

Not working for me... enabled in main menu, I can see it in the server settings, but self-hosting on a MP server doesn't work. I can't see the mod in options when I give myself admin... also tested with adding ONLY this mod to a brand spanking new server...
