Mod didn't work in MP dedicated server
in server settings installed only this mod HydroCraft b41 Continued . On the server it does not work any new tab or recipe, but in single player everything is fine, help me find the problem

I've never run a server, with or without Hydrocraft, so unfortunately I can't help - but if you join the Discord linked on the mod page there are a few people on there that have setup servers running Hydrocraft, one of them might be able to help.

I know from our discord there are a couple people running hydrocraft in dedicated servers. Its probably an issue with your server settings configuration. One thing alot of people miss is to make sure the workshop id is in the workshop field, and also that hydrocraft is in the mod ids
