I don't know if this is how it happened but i'm going to give as much detail as I can. It could just be because of mule kick and getting self revived with quick revive, but i don't want to have to test it. OK so this is what happened, what I had was mule kick with quick revive and elemental pop, and this napalm zombie got turned from elemental pop. It then didn't care about hurting me but I stood next to it and when it blew up, I got downed. U then got self revived from quick revive because I was on solo, but when I got back up, my guns were all switching and it seemed like I couldn't interact with stuff after. And after a bit, it just left me with a 1911 and I still couldn't interact with stuff.

Oh sorry, I forgot to also mention I had the Pegasus mod installed, so that could be it.
