Instant Death when walking up stairs (or standing next to wall) in 'Frolic'
Walking up the stairs - to the left of the Plasmid Vender, Causes instant death. Additionally standing next to the stairs by the Jukebox will cause death. Presumably the battery is up stairs. Stuck

we cant reproduce your problem sorry.restart level as new game.

I recall the same issue the first time I played. Jumping on the coffins or going up the stairs to the theater - gamer dead. It is something with the height of the head in the game. New start - problem away.
