we dont know at all. where looking into it but pleas refere to workshop. it explains al you need to know. just hit new game start frolic 1 and you wil be provided with al your guns ammo plasmids ammo and coins promise :)

Thats what I did, I started a new game from Fort Frolic.

Had this issue too. I couldn't get the swing gates at Metro to open in full movement but could teleport through. Ended up at Frolic without weapons. Reloaded last Arcadia save. This time left swing gate opened and had weapons when I got to Froliic
