Changes involving Hides and Raw Logs are in Medieval Overhaul's HidesRelatedPatches folder and RawLogsRelatedPatches respectively. You'd find those in Medieval Overhauls Patches folder, most likely "C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2553700067\1.4\Patches" and you can just delete those folders if you don't want them.
