How to reproduce:
Start new campaign with this mod, Cs for Barotrauma and Lua for Barotrauma loaded. Make sure the mod is working by clicking on any character other than your starting one in the crew list. Go to info tab -> character. Click on "Create new". Select any combination of roles not including your current one.
Expected behaviour: have either the character you end the mission with or the character you were controlling when you pressed "create new" be replaced/job changed when the next mission starts or you load a station.
Observed behaviour: Next round/when a station loads, the characters are identical to the one before.
Myes - This exposes one of the design flaws with the mod, and i suspect another unintended feature is that you always spawn as your 1:st preferred job, which means no balancing...
This one could take a while, as it will likely mean a not insignificant portion of the mod has to be reworked/reinforced
Second issue : Players spawn on wrong Player
Please fix those :(
I can respawn himself, but if i use other id, it just send this message in chat
"mcm respawn 7811", and this show in chat
If write wrong ID, it show ERROR (because id wrong)
I host a game and play with my friend, However, each round end my friend's character will regenerate thus no skill and equipment will be left. Anyone knows why?

Get this bug a lot. Sometimes caused by mcm release, players swapping characters, or sometimes leaving the game and re-joining. Do you have any insight into what's causing this?
Edit: did the installation guide, does the load order matter?
Otherwise it might be because Secure mode is enabled, or that the other clients havn't installed client-side lua properly
Incidentally, I turned on the respawn function, maybe it has something to do with that?
