TODO: add respawning, with penalty

for PVP gamemode please sir

I have no idea about pvp or how it supposed to work, please put me in contact with some popular baro pvp communities if you want this to happen.

Would like to add the ability for the AI to control the player's original character when they are offline

If possible, I'd also like to make it so that when a new player joins, instead of creating a new character, he can choose an existing one to control.

@笼目深沙希 both things are already the case, make sure you are running latest LuaForBarotrauma on server and client

From what I've read it doesn't seem to have the ability to let the AI control the player's original character?

OK I seem to have made a mistake before, this feature does already exist

@笼目深沙希 your statement is true, the ting your missing that your character is already a bot, and you are given control of it, once it's created, but when you leave bot AI takes over.

support for playable mudraptor(magenta mix) would be nice, atm it allows you to release, but not be able to take it back

Every time a new round starts, player will be controlling their original character instead of a different character whom they were controlling in the previous round. Can you add a feature that player maintain control of their current character even if a new round start?

I would also like it if people respawned as themselves or the character they last controlled when a new round begins, because right now it seems to be the join order?

Outside of the scope of this mod - Besides, I think you can probably acheive that using the default Barotrauma console commands.

Mod is not in active development for quite some time now, so I'm closing this thread for now.
