If you encounter the problem of inability to create augmentations from the mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1293725945, then you need to do the following:

Go to workshop\content\268500\2774354113\Config

In the ini files XComLW_Overhaul and XComWeaponSkinReplacer, delete all lines that mention any augmentations. You can also delete the XComAugmentations file.

This should remove all changes this mod makes to augmentations and return them to the testing area.
So far, this is the only thing that has helped make them work together.
