Another mod makes it out of paper which also does too
But it doesn't say if it uses glue or not (or how to craft it in their mod)

Would be cool to see this mod let you make glue!
Tho I have no idea how glue is made xD
Was hoping to see tree glue as a craftable option in Vanilla or Hydro Craft
But nope, its a limited resource jst like tape!
