Is there any ways to fix the jaw on this head..

The right side is lumpy, why the left side is smooth. I tried overlooking this but it just one of those things that bothers me. I really want use this face..

So jaw line lil bumpy but more smooth on left side. I surprise no one pointed this out.

Posted this on weaz mod but was not sure if that where this should gone.
