O mais certo seria se o dev adicionasse, mas caso ainda não tenha adicionado, você pode ir na pasta do mod e seguir esse mini tutorial, é um pouco dificil, mas se quiser:
  1. Primeiro você baixa essa pasta que o mod já está traduzido: Aqui[www.dropbox.com]
  2. Depois você procura esse local onde o mod vai estar instalado pelo steam:
    'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\2770498315\mods\DIY_EngineParts\media\lua\shared\Translate'.
  3. Agora você substitui a pasta que baixou pela "DIY_EngineParts".
Pronto o mod está traduzido.
