YOU cant, it will outomaticaly connect you to Mingenet and you'll appear as a minge to other players (minges) , you can also use the button on top of the radio in gm_construct Beta map

so, what im getting from this is that the mingebags are other people, but they are mingebags on my client, while on their client, im a mingebag?
