Some hours ago I was playing single-player on gm_construct (The standard version, that is. The one that comes with the game) and I was getting tired of having Mingebags spawn in and having to kill them, but instead of disabling the addon I decided to do things right and do the ritual. This of course led me to loading into gm_construct_13_beta. However, when I got in I decided to investigate more and try some things that I hadn't yet, try to find a way to progress the story like in the early days of this map. Once I'd done everything I could think of I decided to look through the discussions and comments here, and on the gm_construct 13 beta page, this led to finding talk of Mingebags being other players, which in turn led some extremely convincing evidence. After this I decided to quit and take a break, formulating a plan in the meantime. Some minutes ago I was ready to enact my plan; I took a look at the home page of the workshop, looking for the current most popular map, which happened to be Sprint Mesa (My thought process was that the current most popular map would have a lot of players, therefore, assuming Mingebags are players, a lot of Mingebags). So I load into the map and spend some time driving around, looking around, killing NPCs and generally passing the time, all the while periodically physgunning the ground (If you don't know, your physgun will paint missing textures like the Mingebags' whenever there's one or more in your game). Eventually, my physgun started painting missing textures meaning one was in my game. I started noclipping around to try and find them, continuing to check my physgun frequently, my physgun stopped painting before I could find them, however. Some time later I was fighting some metrocops and checked my physgun to find it was painting again, this time though, I remembered that, from one of the evidence videos I had watched, the repeated coughing in chat is caused by someone else sending a message so, while noclipping around the map again I typed "howdy" in chat to make my presence known. I was met with a response of the cough brigade to which I replied "indeed" which was again met with a response of coughing (I'd assume they saw coughing instead of my messages and I saw coughing instead of their's). A short time later we found each other, both noclipping above the highway. Using my physgun I wrote a message of "HI" on the road below, to which they responded with a similar "HI" I proceeded to write "MY NAME IS MRWALK" to which they responded something I couldn't make out, due to the unintelligibility of the message I responded with a simple "?" they then started to fly down the road for a few seconds before exploding into crates... It was unmistakably a player.
