Theory "Why this addon got Incompactible mark?"
I suppose, its got this mark, because the rules of GMOD were crossed, and addon becomed illegal [b/] for steam workshop, and put it in "Incompactible" category.

I suppose that it's because this addon uses a lobby system outside of Garry's Mod's, making it so that the bug finder looks at the file, notices somethings wrong, and tries to boot up the server itself.

It doesn't work, so the bug finder renders it as an error, and terms it incompatable.
