I Have a Theory
What if we're being connected to other people's game very seamlessly, like why do we even still make the walls missing textures, even though we're not a mingebag? it could be a bug, but what if we're the mingebag and we were connected to another person's game, we see them as mingebag and they see us as mingabag.

like the other guy says, that's been proven to be what this addon does, whenever the other player kills your mingebag you get turned into a ragdoll and die, if the other player shoots their gun a blue physgun beam comes out of the mingebag on your screen and if the other player uses the physgun an orange beam comes out of the mingebag along with missing textures whereever the other player fires their physgun, and if the other player types something in chat in their own server on your server it replicates the cough virus for a few seconds
