you can't dupe the cone, you can save it but you can't upload it, if u upload it then it vanishes, to get the cone go on gm construct 13 beta, and go to the dark room, you will see a woman flee the room, now board up building C so the woman can't get in, and then she will run away in a short distance and turn into the cone.
