i have tried this today, i still get corpse sickness. though i have to mention that the mod was added to an ongoing map

Same issue, also added to an existing server. Not sure if there is any relation, but as soon as I get sick I get a sudden injury, getting worse every few seconds until death. Health rapidly decreases to terminal damage within less than a minute.
