Have you tried putting animals into it? instead of creatures, E.G deer and so on? Question do they use their own animations or default animations for player? E.G Troll uses Troll animations and so on?

I have an idea aswell how abouto on top of the spriggan matrone include the atronachs.

just a suggestion cj, go for depth before breadth. make the races you have now really detailed and well done before adding other ones. but hey, great job. this is a great idea for a mod.

just an idea for a race , maybe a vampire start race and a naga (snake people if your wondering) for people who think argonians are too....human?

The mod has a great potential to go far, however there is room from improvement. I've tested all the races, the Manakin works fine, the creature mods I spawn underr them. I know of some videos that perhaps could help you improving this mod. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rOYZQ0FX3bo. I'll unsubscribe for now, but I'll check in freqently to see if the improvments are made.

Sadly. .. none of the races work.
Alternate start doesn't work, I sink into the floor whenever I move the camera.
Same thing when I use Showracemenu and change into one of these new races in Helgen Keep like you keep telling us. . .
