Installation Confusion
Sorry new to Server modding. Just want to clarify how to add this mod to my server.
You have several files in the XML file .
You have the db folder ..but it has Types XML , then types.XML.bak1.18 and then types.XML.sota.1.18 .
Which one do I take the types from? Or do I put in the types XML doc and then add in what I had with other mods after the types XML doc you provided?

Next CFGranddompresets , cfgrandompresets.xml.bak.1.18. and cfgrandompresets.XML.sota1.18 and then CFGspawnabletypes and its relative files provided the bak and sota. ...I know how to edit and add...just which file and what from them?

Again sorry new to this, and just want to get it correct and not have to try and fix my server if I ...mess it up :)

bak1.18 - prefix is a backup copy of the original xml file marked with the game version;

sota.1.18 - prefix is the file where I registered the items (at the end there is a comment keyword "sota"). Items are divided into classes and to balance the number of items that were not affected by the retexture, they were also moved to the end of the file (types.xml);

A file without a prefix, that is, just .xml, this is essentially .xml.sota.1.18.

If your server already has mods and you just want to add my retexture, then at the end of the file (types.xml.sota1.18) items are registered. After copying the lines under the "<!-- SOTA - BACKPACKS -->" comment in your types.xml file, you need to remove the duplicate lines of the original items without the "sota_" prefix. In my file, the total number of items does not exceed the vanilla one (the vanilla amount is commented out for the convenience of counting the total number of items of one class).,

If your server does not yet have mods whose items need to be registered in types.xml, then you can simply copy the .xml files (without prefixes) to the server folder.

Hey there sorry so your files are replacements of vanilla instead of separate types files? So I could actually cut from here <!-- SOTA - BACKPACKS --> to the end and make a separate types file or do you have to replace vanilla. I see you have the vanilla there as well and I can make backups etc but just checking if its necessary as I like to have separate types for each mod. Love your work especially as I am running a winter map

Hello, You can not use my types.xml files at all, this is for those who do not want to prescribe items in spawn themselves. The names of all new or retextured items are described in classname.txt.
