if you don't have the lockpicking mod (I use it for more fun) you should be able to mechanic the door off and put back on usually fixes the issue I have seen a few things that won't let you access it because it's locked but most of these trailors I haven't had that issue you just remove the back doors and then replace the the lock is automatically unlocked
