They are everywhere, but keep in mind that if you add these in an already active game the game itself DOES NOT spawn things in places you already went. So to find "new" vehicles you have added you must go to a place you haven't been before

it doesnt work at all i cant even spawn it in an/or find it

Then you haven't loaded it correctly, if you turn on debug it is in the spawn list if loaded correctly make sure like ALL steam workshop items you look at the right hand side and load the required mods AND you load them BEFORE this mod in the mod load order screen
