is there a way to remove your weapon attachments or see what is installed

Press C to open hand-crafting and create the EWS Attachment Remover. Right click on a firearm with this item equipped as if you were installing a trinket, augment, or attachment, and then equip the firearm in question to obtain the attachments.

You can see what attachment is equipped by looking at the "in-game sprite" on the item tooltip or when holding it, but there is no list that explicitly states the name of attachments without you removing attachment first to check.
