Good translation but "boligrafo" is missing accent marks. The correct way would be "bolígrafo" (accent mark on the i).

Also imo the Tooltip_BicPen would be more accurate if it was "Un bolígrafo de 4 colores, estupendo.", which is more accurate to the original description. Since otherwise this translation reads "A neat 4-colour pen.", which differs from the original meaning, since the original text makes it sound like a reaction, while the translation here makes it sound like a description. Maybe it just sounded off and what's why he put it this way, but just throwing my two cents. lol

Yeah, I was surprised that the strings had no accents in the translation. Anyway, if you'd like to provide a correction, please do. I'll make sure the correct encoding is applied myself.

(Side-gripe: Why the ♥♥♥♥ didn't TIS use UTF-8 for everything?!? Chinese is, why does Russian (and probably others) have to be special)

About the encoding, I did notice that when I renamed it without changing it, the name became "bolígrafo" in game, despite that in the text file itself it looked fine. Changing it from UTF-8 to ANSI made "bolígrafo" become "bolígrafo", but EH, still no idea why they didn't just use a single format that could make all of them work fine, for consistency.

Also okey, so I was trying to figure out a different word to use, since "neat" isn't exactly a word with a proper translation to Spanish. Neat means... to be organized, to be cool (in some contexts which explains why Dydimos used "estupendo" which is equal to "great/wonderful/good"), and with that in mind, I think a good replacement, that also makes sense/sounds good in a sentence, could be "ingenioso", which translates to "ingenious" but also something along the lines of "smart/clever", which also could be a compliment due being used as a reaction in this context, which is close enough, since saying something is cleverly done is kinda the same as saying "nice design/wonderful/cool".

So, I think, the final sentence would be "Un bolígrafo de 4 colores, ingenioso".
