A: In Utilities Tab, next to Tools Tab (or Wire Tab etc.), under the category YourHUD

If you want to recolour it check the Colors Tab.

2. Pick one of default presets
   
3. Select element from drop down menu (PlayerName and PlayerHP is NYI)
   
4. Click apply.
