It's always total morons commenting on stats ideas when they know ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about game balance. None of their ideas will ever be read by Valve and none of them will ever get in the game. It's just more spam, as if Workshop didn't have enough already.

I couldn't care, Obviously Valve isn't going to read them, but if the stats discussions aren't hurting anybody, just leave it?

No. You mean 'fewer', not 'less'. Besides, that says -66% less, which means there will be more.

I get what you're saying. People want it to be a one-shot kill, because they come straight from Call of Duty, where a fly can kill you by flying within a three-meter radius of you.
