Oliver Rasmusen error
when i click on his profile, the game said that i have enabled a mod and must now exit the game?

Same Error... I don't know if there is a solution... I hope there is, because my savegame is unusable in this way...

Hey guys, there's an error in the database file for that driver. Open up Drivers.txt, go to the driver and change text "Equal" to "Reserve". Or change one of the other drivers from team ID 12 to Reserve. Games crashes as there can't be three equal drivers in a team. Hope that helps. Only works in new game though but it won't crash when you click on him.
