Compatibility with External item Descriptions
Leah's extra heart counter hides descriptions a little. Would be cool if EiDs could be pushed down a little (like it does for tainted Isaac's items), or heart counter pushed up (for example put next to regular hearts maybe?)

Edit: Also not sure if Heart Renovator is supposed to be a one charge item that refills over time? Because then, aren't broken hearts harmless?

I'll look into the eid stuff later, and about heart renovator that is intended. leah has been reworked a little bit recently to make the balance between saving and removing broken hearts more logical
